I have been invited to run 2 days of Wim Hof Method Fundamental Workshops at Highwell. A beautiful space with 5 acres of stunning gardens and woodland , surrounded by trees and the sound of birdsong.

Friday 20th and Saturday 21st

There is an optional 8am start each day with the sand between your toes, the wind in your hair and a dip in the sea. ( optional meet at Leas Foot beach) There will be a wood burner on the beach with piping hot porridge. ( weather dependent)

10am official start for the Wim Hof Method Fundamental Workshop where I will share the 3 pillars of the WHM

Award winning baker Sarah Raisbeck will also be cooking up a plant based feast to enjoy at the end of the day, which will be much appreciated after an ice bath and some dancing round the fire pit! 

On the menu will be steaming porridge with seasonal compote & granola, fresh sourdough with nut butter, raw honey, butter or marmalade, Tea &coffee ( on beach)

There will be a light lunch of roasted veg Frittata, fruit, energy balls to break from the breath work and finally a Dahl with coriander, roasted sweet potatoes with Garam Masala, crunchy green salad, sourdough focaccia & hummus platter followed with a selection of Sarah's incredible plant based cakes.
