A Jewel in the Crown of Cumbria

The accommodation will be both the Cottage and the Barn. The Barn comprises a large communal sleeping area of max ten participants. There are beautiful views towards Caw and Dow Crag. The cottage has two double rooms ready for a couple sharing or twin share only. Camper Van friendly

This is a retreat of adventure and invitation to be comfortable with ‘good’ discomfort. An opportunity to take advantage of this beautiful area with walks, natural cold exposure and breathwork. Home cooked fresh food and plenty if time to reconnect within as we explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method
