The whole unique program is back. This weekend will be mirroring the infamous hike by Wim Hof with minimal clothing. The twist here is that the sea will be included, hence the title ‘sea to summit’.

The weather is obviously unpredictable, you will be pushed to the limit with a range of options to take the UK weather in account, which will include any combinations of an ice bath, icy cold waterfall showers and wind chill at the top of the mountain or at the sea.
